Job Title: Interim Head of School

Duration: 1 year interim contract (atleast)
Day Rate: Competitive, based on experience
Role Summary:
Our Client are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Head of School to lead one of their primary school, rated Good by Ofsted, located in a challenging area, this role is suitable for a highly experienced candidate willing to continue the hard work of the trust and maintain their outcomes focused approach to Education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and learning, exceptional leadership skills, and a positive attitude. As part of a multi-academy trust, the Interim Head of School will drive educational excellence, support staff development, and foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:

✨Support and develop staff, promoting professional growth.
✨Engage positively with the multi-academy trust and community stakeholders.
