Panoramic Associates are working with a social housing provider in South London in the search for a Head of Property Services to oversee operational maintenance services across their portfolio, ensuring compliance, budget adherence, and tenant satisfaction. You will lead a team to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions while maintaining legal standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the in-house repairs team for excellence in health and safety, tenant experience, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide strategic direction for service development, including health and safety, compliance, budget management, and colleague engagement.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive the overall repairs strategy and business plan, integrating technology for efficiency.
- Manage resources effectively to meet service delivery needs and ensure compliance with regulatory aspects.
- Champion continuous improvement through data analysis, policy development, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Social Housing.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead teams and build strong relationships.
- IT proficiency, particularly in Excel.
- Full driving license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
