Head of Property
Location: South West of UK (Hybrid/Remote Working Available)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Property to lead our property team. This is a new role, crucial to our strategic plans, responsible for overseeing contracts management, facilities, and property partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the property team, currently comprising 5 members, with plans for expansion.
- Oversee contracts management and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and other relevant regulations.
- Manage and develop residential and supported living properties.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align property strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior management role within property or facilities management
- Experience in the care or social sector is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and contracts management
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Ability to manage diverse property portfolios, including residential homes and supported living environments.
Location and Working Arrangements:
- Ideally based within 1-2 hours of Dorchester
- Flexible hybrid working model, with site visits required.
- Home-based working is possible, with occasional senior leadership meetings
