Interim Deputy Headteacher

Panoramic is supporting a mainstream school in the Norfolk area in their search for an interim Deputy Headteacher. This is to start ASAP until at least December 24 but likely longer, 5 days per week.

As Deputy Head, your focus will be around Teaching and Learning- coaching, mentoring and supporting staff to improve classroom standards, influencing positive culture change and empowering teachers. Although this is a non-teaching role you will be able to model best practise and help develop teachers to do the same.

The successful applicant can be from a Mainstream or SEN background, but with an understanding of what effective learning looks like at KS2 level. Interview will take place ASAP with a view to start immediately. Please get in touch with Sophie on 07488 889516.
