Panoramic Associates are supporting a respected charitable organisation in the West Midlands to recruit a Head of Housing.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering the chance to lead a small but dedicated team in delivering high-quality housing and support services for older people.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Housing Team, driving performance and high standards.

Oversee all aspects of tenancy and property management across supported and independent schemes.

Develop and implement the Housing Strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence.

Act as lead on managing agent services for partner charities and Almshouses.

Administer charitable grants, ensuring accurate and fair distribution.

Take responsibility for rent and service charge setting, budget control, and financial oversight.

Act as operational Health and Safety Lead for Housing Services.
Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in social housing, ideally with an RSL or Almshouse provider.

Proven knowledge of housing law, tenancy management, rent setting, and ASB resolution.

Strong leadership experience, including appraisals, development, and team support.

Experience working with older people and a sound understanding of their housing and support needs.

Familiarity with social housing regulation and completing compliance audits/self-assessments.

CIH Level 5 or willingness to work towards this.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
