Job Title: Service Manager
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 per annum
Type: Full-time, Permanent

If so, we’d love to welcome you to our team across two of our vibrant services. We’re looking for a Service Manager to oversee two adult care services:

An Extra Care Scheme supporting older adults to live independently with care.
A Learning Disabilities Service supporting individuals with PMLD and mild learning disabilities through personalised, respectful care.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and motivate care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
  • Ensure care plans meet individual needs and regulatory standards
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and local partners

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting vulnerable adults
  • Registered Manager status (NVQ Level 5 desirable)
