Location: West Midlands
Type: Full-time permanent
Salary: Up to £67,000/pa plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Assets and Investment Team to maintain healthy, safe, and decent homes.
- Foster partnerships and collaborative working with key stakeholders.
- Use repair demand intelligence to influence planned programmes.
- Manage the planning cycle to maintain our 30-year investment plan.
- Co-produce an annual property maintenance improvement plan.
- Secure external funding for environmental programmes.
- Collaborate with other business areas to deliver joint initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership track record in buildings, maintenance, or infrastructure sectors.
- Experience in budget preparation, management, and financial monitoring.
- Business development skills to win new contracts.
- MRICS or MCIOB chartered, or demonstrable technical expertise.
