About the Position:
We’re in search of an outstanding individual with a proven track record to lead the development and execution of our asset management and investment strategies. As the Head of Asset & Retrofit, you’ll play a crucial role in achieving positive outcomes for our customers. Responsibilities include spearheading the delivery of retrofit and decarbonization objectives, optimizing social value and financial return from our assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management and investment strategies.
- Lead the delivery of retrofit and decarbonization objectives.
- Maximize social value and financial return from assets.
- Inspire and empower teams to unlock their full potential.
- Continuously enhance services to meet ambitious targets.
- Collaborate with local and regional partners and stakeholders.
About You:
- Chartered Status or relevant Degree.
- Someone passionate, technically experienced, have experience in building programmes from the ground up.
- Leadership experience, delivering outcomes in a performance-driven culture.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present recommendations based on complex data and financial information.
- In-depth knowledge of current and evolving regulatory requirements in the housing sector.
