Key Responsibilities:
- Pre/Post Inspections: Conduct thorough pre and post inspections during the progress of works, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Manage planning applications, demonstrating your expertise in navigating the planning process.
- Oversee cyclical and planned maintenance projects, ensuring they align with the organization’s goals and standards.
- Handle matters related to subsidence and Damp Proof Course (DPC), providing expert insights.
- Work closely with the client-side team, fostering collaborative efforts to achieve project success.
