Role Overview
Panoramic Associates are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee residential internal and external refurbishment projects. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day contract operations
- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors on budgets and procurement
- Oversee subcontractors and site teams
- Maintain client relationships and manage expectations
- Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and quality standards
- Handle project handovers and documentation
Requirements
- 10+ years in construction, 3+ in a similar London role
- Experience with residential refurbishments (£250k to £1m+)
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding, structural works, roofing, and masonry
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Office & Project, Google Suite
- Valid Driving Licence required; SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos awareness preferred
Qualifications
- Construction-related Degree or HND, or trade & site management background
- MCIOB preferred but not essential
