Job Description:
I’m working with a Local Authority that are looking for a skilled and motivated Commissioning Officer to join their team on a short-term basis. This role is crucial in managing the Mental Health and Hospital Discharge portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor four mental health contracts.
- Collect and input hospital discharge data for quarterly reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely data submissions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience in a commissioning role within health or social care.
- Proficiency in data collection and reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills.
