Role: Commissioning Manager (Children’s Services)

Panoramic Associates have partnered up with a Local Authority to assist them with the recruitment of an Interim Commissioning Manager. This is initially a 6-month contract on a full-time basis and the position holder is expected to be on-site on a hybrid basis.
Key duties are:
- Experienced Commissioning Manager
- Experienced in Stakeholder Management and Relationship Management
- Experienced in preparing agendas for various tasks.
- Experienced in assisting different teams to achieve targeted goals.
- Needs to have a breath of experience within Commissioning Children’s Services.
- Good Awareness of the commissioning cycle.
- Strong and thorough experience with contract management.
An Ideal candidate for this position will consist of the following traits:
- Good understanding of legislation’s.
- Hands-on commissioning experience.
- Good understanding of the commissioning life cycle.
- Experienced in working in a busy environment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Excellent emotional intelligence: Being able to work and talk confidently.
- A good balance of knowledge, skills, and experience.
