Panoramic Associates are working with a third sector Client in London to recruit a Change Analyst on a permanent basis.

A 3rd sector organisation providing care and counseling; this charity is made up of roughly 75 volunteers and 50 employees all committed to the cause.

You will be…

  • Working closely with the charities’ Clinical Director and various stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Collaborating with consultants, clinical specialists and the business support function (finance, HR, retail, fundraising).

They are looking for the perfect candidate to…

  • Provide recommendations and action plans based on collected data and evidence.
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of new policies.

Desirable experience would be…

  • Someone who has worked in healthcare or for a charity supporting change or service improvements.
