Title: Asset/Property Data Manager
Location: Suffolk
Salary: £50,500.00 – £54,000.00
About the Role:
Joining the Asset Investment Team within a local authority, you’ll take on the role of overseeing the management of the Asset Information team. This involves the collection, management, and administration of all property investment data. Additionally, providing essential business support to the Asset Investment team will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the asset investment delivery team, ensuring they have the necessary information and data to meet targets and contribute effectively to the implementation of the Asset Management Strategy
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead the development of systems to enhance asset data and reporting.
- Establish processes to monitor data quality and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and guidelines for effective data management.
- Measure data management integrity and provide quarterly progress reports, including analysis to enhance business controls and procedures.
- Provide the asset investment delivery team with necessary information and data to formulate investment programs and projects, supporting the Asset Management Strategy.
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of the asset information team.
- Develop and execute a Building Services Data Strategy and lead data governance plans.
- Oversee operational delivery of asset information business support services for housing and corporate properties.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of asset data by investigating and rectifying anomalies and ensuring comprehensive data maintenance.
