We’re passionate about playing a meaningful role in the community.

Workplace

We’re committed to ensuring diversity and equality in the workplace, both internally and when assisting clients during their hiring processes.

The health and wellbeing of everyone in the business is very important and as a result we have a number of qualified Mental Health First Aiders.

We’re proud of having created an environment where career and personal development opportunities are based on ability, suitability and potential, and where there’s a zero tolerance approach to discrimination of any kind and as such are advocates and members of ENEI and are Disability Confident Committed.

Charity

Our employees have nominated and are active supporters of four charitable organisations; Young Lives vs Cancer, a leading cancer charity for children, young people and their families, Changes Bristol, a mental health peer support charity, Jessie May, a children’s hospice at home charity helping families of terminally ill children,  and The World Land Trust, which raises money to buy and then protect environmentally-threatened land in Africa, Asia, and Central and South America and our newest addition Bristol Animal Rescue Centre providing care for animals.

All four organisations are close to our hearts and we are incredible proud of the amount of work and commitment our employees provide to support them.

Led by our in-house Charity Committee, we raise money for these charities regularly with employees taking part and organising pub quizzes, client golf days, bake sales, charity waxing, ‘Dry January’, ‘Movember’ and many more. Our Summer BBQ (most recently Circus themed) is our headline charity event of the year and is one of the best days in the PRG calendar for our employees and their families.

Colleagues are encouraged, and afforded time out of the office with our ‘Volunteer Day’ scheme as well as assisted in fundraising for their personal charities of choice with PRG’s ‘Matched Giving Scheme’.

Environment

We’re keenly aware of the environmental consequences of running our business and are constantly looking for ways in which to reduce the impact we have.

In particular, we focus on energy efficiency and waste reduction by closely monitoring and minimising our consumption levels, and by continuously searching for opportunities to minimise environmental impacts.

In addition, PRG have a partnership with World Land Trust. Since its foundation in 1989, World Land Trust has funded partner organisations around the world to create reserves and give permanent protection to habitats.
