Mark has been with the Council since April 2022 as the Corporate Director Regeneration and Culture for the London Borough of Redbridge overseeing the planning service, corporate property and capital delivery, town centre regeneration, employment business and skills providing Housing and regeneration support, specialising in estate renewal, new build, local housing companies and delivery vehicles.
