The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate property management, delivering complex property projects and handling diverse property transactions such as rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, and disposals.
You’ll be skilled in preparing Cabinet reports, policies, and strategies, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive best practices in public sector property management. Adaptability, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering impactful property solutions are essential to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of the Corporate Property Strategy, providing expert property advice across the organisation.
- Lead major corporate property projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and delivering value-driven outcomes.
- Oversee rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, and disposals, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Prepare reports, policies, and strategies for Cabinet approval, influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external government bodies to manage property portfolios and ensure strategic alignment.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies, data protection legislation, and other corporate accountabilities.
- Embrace flexible working practices to support service delivery, whether remotely, onsite, or through hybrid models.
