Job Title: SEND Tribunal Manager

Location: Remote

Contract: 9-12 months

Rate: Open to negotiation

Panoramic Associates is working with a local authority who is seeking an experienced SEND Tribunal Manager to oversee its tribunal and mediation team.

Role Overview:

  • Manage a team of three: 1 Tribunal Officer and 2 Mediation Officers

  • Oversee 100 tribunal cases, ensuring effective case distribution across the team.

  • Provide leadership and support, conducting 1:1s, monthly reviews, and managing caseloads.

  • Work closely with solicitors, ensuring legal compliance and strong case management.

  • Ensure robust data and statistical analysis to inform decisions and track tribunal outcomes.

Experience Required:

✔ Strong legal knowledge, particularly in SEND tribunals.

✔ Background in local authority SEND casework or legal teams.

✔ Proven team management experience, including performance reviews and staff support.

✔ Ability to interpret data and statistics to drive strategic decisions.
