Panoramic Associates is excited to be exclusively supporting a London Borough with their recruitment of an interim SEN Tribunal & Mediation Officer.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the tribunals process for up to 14 appeals – 2 of which are Refusal to Assess
- Chairing pre-mediation meetings – 2-3 per week.
- Business Support available to do bundles and admin work.
Alongside offering a 6 month contract, with a 3 month review point, this LA can accommodate a fully remote working arrangement. Ideally, the successful candidate could start on the 16th April but they may be able to have some flexibility with the start date.
Experience of representing the LA at Hearing before is essential to be considered.
