Location: South East England (Onsite preferred but not essential weekly)
Rate: up to £210 per day (via umbrella company)
Contract: 6-month assignment, scope for permanent at the end of assignment.
Panoramic Associates is working with a local authority in South East England with their search for a School Exclusion Officer to manage the exclusion process, and work with schools, families, and alternative provisions to secure positive outcomes for children.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing the exclusion process, including handling enquiries from schools and headteachers.
- Providing support to avoid permanent exclusions where possible.
- Attending exclusion panels to explore alternative solutions.
- Liaising with parents, identifying new school placements, and creating tailored support packages.
Experience & Knowledge Required:
- Strong understanding of school systems and the exclusion process.
- Background in schools, PRUs, or local authority exclusion teams.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to develop solutions for young people.
