We are seeking a Registered Service Manager for a care provider with expertise in delivering services for young people, with Learning Disabilities, Autism & Complex Needs

You will make sure that all support is provided in accordance with CQC rules, company’s policy, and any other applicable laws, and that your team and services meet all statutory obligations.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Guarantee integration of the Positive Behavior Support (PBS) framework into service delivery through continuous evaluation of staff competency and training.
  • Effectively lead and inspire your team to uphold and sustain a culture of positive performance within your service.
  • Be practical and methodical.
  • Have excellent organisation skills and be able to work effectively under pressure.
