Registered Manager | Adult Social Care | Bexhill-on-Sea | Permanent
Panoramic Associates are supporting a highly regarded specialist provider of mental health care homes in their search for a dedicated Registered Manager for their newly opened mental health service in Bexhill-on-Sea.
The role holder will be overseeing their 15-bedded home and you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of care and leadership within the service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care services
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain quality standards
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling and client care plans
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for both clients and staff
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance service delivery
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CQC Registered Manager
- Qualified to QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in mental health care provision
- Strong background in residential care services
- Ability to commute to Bexhill-on-Sea daily
