Interim Regeneration Manager (Town Centre)

Full-time – 1-2 days per week in the office
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client to facilitate the appointment of an experienced Regeneration Manager to oversee various public realm and town centre capital projects as part of the council’s wider Regeneration aspirations.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Develop and implement regeneration strategies in line with the council’s vision.
- Communicating effectively with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Manage complex capital projects through each RIBA stage.
- Assist in the procurement of contractors.
- Report back project milestones to the board.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Experience working in a Local Authority setting.
- Proven track record of delivering housing, mixed-use, town centre, public realm or capital projects from inception to completion.

This role is an initial 3-month contract with a likely extension. You will be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week, with the remainder remote.
