As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategically important projects.

The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment across workstreams, managing dependencies, and driving delivery against strategic objectives.
This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex programmes while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and deliver multiple projects to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, managing dependencies, milestones, and critical paths
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and assumptions with clear escalation where required
- Establish and maintain strong project governance, including status reporting and steering meetings
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, commercial, supply chain, technical, and external partners
- Ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering multiple projects
- Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Expertise in project planning, risk management, reporting, and governance
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
