Panoramic Associates are supporting our Local Authority client in the North of England with a Programme Lead (Children’s Services Transformation) to lead on the Family First Programme for an initial six months, on a 4-5 days per week basis. You will be required to attend onsite twice a week and get started ASAP.

Role:
- Setting up governance structures and Programme Boards and then managing them.
- Act as line manager’s “right-hand person.” – oversee all coordination of the programme. Develop and manage the Family First programme plan.
- Chase partners for updates and promised actions.
- Keep the programme on track to meet deadlines.
- Be the “eyes, ears” on delivery.
- Keep abreast of DfE communications.
- No line management duties
Requirements:
- An experienced project/programme manager with high standards and a “safe pair of hands.”
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills; must be able to create “watertight plans.”
- Must be a “completer finisher” who ensures nothing is missed.
- Able to work at a very fast pace
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage senior partners (Academy Trust CEOs, Health, Police) without causing friction.
- Autonomous yet able to check back in and understand limitations.
- A good public speaker, confident running workshops.
- A background in Children’s Services / Family Hubs is desirable
