Partner, Building Surveying
Location: Leeds
Salary: Up to £120,000 + car allowance + bonus
Working pattern: Hybrid
A renowned built environment consultancy are looking for a Partner to lead and grow a Building Surveying team in their Leeds office. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for client development, financial forecasting, growth, and business performance.
You’ll work across a varied portfolio including public sector, residential, education, healthcare, commercial, defence, and insurance programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery and manage key client relationships
- Drive business development and growth
- Prepare and deliver business plans
- Deliver core building surveying services
- Mentor and manage junior team members
- Ensure quality through technical reviews
Skills & Experience
- MRICS qualified
- Consultancy experience in the Leeds area
- Commercially focused with strong business development skills
- Proven team leadership and workload management
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Strong technical building surveying expertise
- Analytical, with high-quality report writing skills
