Due to strategic initiatives for growth and enhancement of services, our Client is seeking a Nursing Home Manager to join their team. This pivotal role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for all residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of care professionals to deliver person-centred care.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
- Oversee budget management and financial performance of the nursing home.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC PIN.
- Proven experience in elderly care.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality standards.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
