Job Title: Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer
Location: Home Counties
Pay rate: £55 per hour inside IR35
Duration: 3 months initial contract with a strong possibility of extension up to 1 year.
Type: Remote Working

Panoramic Associates are excited to be working with one of our established local government clients based in the Home Counties who are looking for a Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their team. This opportunity would be ideal for an individual with 5-10 of years’ experience practising in adult social care or mental health law in either local government or private practice.

The role is for an initial 3 months, however has a strong likelihood of being extended potentially up to 1 year in duration. This post is also offered on a full-time basis with remote working available.

Essential criteria:

  • A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister, alternatively, non-qualified Lawyers with substantial relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Previous experience working with a local authority or practising in adult social care.
  • Good practical knowledge of adult social care law including mental health and court of protection law.
  • Experience undertaking advocacy would be desirable.
