Panoramic Associates are working with a well-regarded care provider who are seeking an experienced Interim Turnaround Support Manager to lead urgent improvements within a care home in the West Midlands. This critical role will focus on driving compliance, stabilising operations, and preparing the service for a successful CQC inspection.
🏥 Role Summary
The Interim Turnaround Manager will be responsible for identifying areas of concern, implementing robust action plans, and mentoring the existing team.

Conduct a thorough audit and develop a targeted improvement plan

Lead on CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance

Support and coach the Registered Manager and team

Engage with staff, residents, families, and external professionals

Monitor progress and report regularly to senior stakeholders

Proven track record in turnaround roles within adult social care

Deep understanding of CQC frameworks and regulatory expectations
