Interim Transformation Consultant | Adult Social Care | Southwest England | 6 month contract – April 2026 start
Panoramic Associates are exclusively supporting an adult social care provider in their search for an experienced Interim Transformation Consultant to support a key programme of growth, service improvement, and operational transformation.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in private nursing or elderly care, with a proven ability to deliver transformation within CQC regulated services. You will work closely with operational leaders, including Registered Managers and Regional Managers, helping to define what great care looks like and embedding sustainable improvements across services.
Key requirements
- Experienced in change and transformation
- Strong background in private nursing / elderly care / adult social care
- Experience within CQC regulated services
- Ability to work closely with operational leaders
- Strong understanding of high-quality care standards
- A practical, collaborative approach to delivering sustainable change
This is a fantastic interim opportunity to make a genuine impact within a respected care organisation during an important period of development and growth.
Please note that this is a 6-month contract with hybrid working, however, you will be required to travel to various sites within the southwest – further details will be provided around the mileage expenses.
