Panoramic Associates are seeking a dynamic leader to help oversee a well-established residential home for adults with learning disabilities in Kent. This interim role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality care, and drive positive outcomes for residents during a period of transition.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards

Lead, motivate, and support a team of care professionals

Implement and maintain high standards of care and safeguarding

Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively

Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies

Drive continuous improvement and person-centred planning
About You
-
Registered Manager experience in a learning disabilities setting

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred

Able to hit the ground running and bring stability and vision during a key period
