Interim Senior Leader (SEN/ Behaviour) Opportunity
Panoramic Associates is partnered with a specialist school in Buckinghamshire, who require an interim Senior Leader to join them ASAP, for now until the end of the Summer term initially.
The school are looking for a strong Senior Leader to manage behaviour across a large school, driving behaviour policies, processes and procedures. You will be working closely with the SLT to make improvements and prepare the school for their next inspection. You will also be responsible for line managing the Head of Years. The school take a trauma informed approach and would like the interim to either have experience in, or have a strong understanding of SEMH/ASD.
