Panoramic Associates is working with a highly regarded school in Wiltshire, who are seeking an experienced HR Administrator / Officer to join their Human Resources team on a 3-6 month contract to cover maternity leave.
This is a full-time role (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm), offering the chance to join a supportive and collaborative team while making a real impact in the smooth running of the school’s HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and compliance processes, including pre-interview and online checks
- Maintain and update absence logs
- Support the HR Coordinator with administrative tasks and data entry
- Update and maintain the Single Central Record
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven HR administration experience (education sector experience desirable)
- Strong IT skills, with confidence across multiple systems
- Proficiency in Excel
- The ability to start within the next 2 weeks for 6 months
