Role Title: Interim School Governance Officer (FTC)
Salary: Up to £45,000
Contract: April start for 12 month fixed term contract

Panoramic Associates has partnered with a group of schools to recruit for an Interim Governance Officer (FTC). Our client is looking for an experienced School Governance professional to join them in April for a 12 month fixed term contract. This role can be carried out on a fully remote basis.
About the Role:
As the Interim Governance Officer, you will report into their Head of Governance and provide extra capacity to the team. You will work across a number of schools as an operational, hands-on Governance Officer. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing agendas
- Producing clear, accurate and timely minutes
- Supporting and covering meetings where required
- Coordinating governance processes and schedules
- Ensuring actions are tracked and followed through
Candidate Profile:
- Strong practical governance knowledge
- Working efficiently and at pace
- Delivering accurately with minimal supervision
- Has solid, hands-on governance experience in a School or MAT setting
- Produces high-quality written documentation
- Demonstrates discretion and sound professional judgement
Confidentiality is critical. The successful candidate may attend Trust Board meetings and have access to highly sensitive information, potentially limited to them and the CEO. You must demonstrate integrity, professionalism and a clear understanding of governance confidentiality. Education experience is essential.

- Working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Fully remote
- 52 week role
