We are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to provide steady, confident leadership for a small, well‑established residential care home in the Cumbria area. This is a vital short‑term role, ideal for someone who can quickly build trust, maintain high standards, and ensure seamless operational continuity.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, person‑centred, high‑quality care. Key priorities include:

Providing strong, visible leadership to staff and promoting a positive culture

Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards

Overseeing care planning, safeguarding, and risk management

Maintaining excellent communication with residents, families, and external partners

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Interim Manager in adult social care
