Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional care for older adults and people living with dementia? We are seeking a confident, hands-on interim leader to support a well‑established residential care home in the South West.
About the Role
This interim position is ideal for someone who can quickly build trust, stabilise operations, and provide strong leadership to a dedicated care team. You’ll ensure the home continues to meet high standards of safety, compliance, and person‑centred care while supporting ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day leadership and oversight of the residential and dementia care service

Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality frameworks

Support, mentor, and develop staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality care delivery

Drive improvements in care planning, documentation, and safeguarding practices

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

Ensure smooth operational management, including staffing, audits, and reporting
About You

Registered Manager experience within elderly or dementia care

Strong understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory compliance

Confident, calm, and able to lead teams through change

Immediately available or able to start at short notice
