Interim Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities Service

We are seeking an Interim Registered Manager to steer a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care at a specialist home in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support staff development and foster a positive working culture
  • Oversee clinical governance and care planning

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RNLD, RMN or RGN)- Active Pin
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and quality assurance
  • Passionate about empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives
