- Provide strong operational oversight and address poor practice
- Coach and develop colleagues to rebuild a positive care culture
- Up skill team members
- Embed robust governance and audit frameworks
- Assess and improve support plans and risk assessments as needed
- Strengthen MCA and Best Interest processes
💻 Systems Experience Required 💻
- Digital care planning systems (e.g., Nourish) – essential
- Experience with compliance and eMAR platforms – desirable
