Job Title: Interim Programme Manager- Adult Social Care

Location: Midlands

Contract Length: 6 month contract

Rate: £450-£500/day

Role overview-

  • You will be providing strategic leadership and oversight within adult social care services
  • Driving continuous improvement by hitting core transformation KPIs
  • Involvement in ongoing CQC assurance & improvement
  • Leading a team through guidance and support, ensuring the Programme Officers are following the Programme plan
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure Programme plans are understood and followed.

About you-

  • In- depth knowledge and understanding of CQC standards
  • Leadership and management qualification in Adult Social Care
  • Previous senior level experience in Adult Social Care Programme Management
