We are looking for an Interim HR Manager to provide crucial support to a school site in the West Midlands for a period of three months.
About the Role
As the Interim HR Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and effective HR operations within the school environment. Your expertise in employment law for schools will be essential in managing staff contracts, policies, and compliance while providing strategic and practical HR support.
Key Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on school-specific employment law, policies, and procedures.

Manage recruitment, on boarding, and staff performance processes.

Support employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases.

Ensure compliance with safeguarding and employment regulations in an educational setting.

About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
