Panoramic Associates are looking for an experienced and confident Interim Registered Manager to provide steady leadership to a medium‑sized elderly care home in the North West. This six‑month assignment is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, bring structure and reassurance, and maintain high standards during a period of transition.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of a well‑established elderly care home, ensuring residents receive safe, person‑centred care while supporting the team to perform at their best. Your leadership will help maintain continuity, compliance, and a positive culture throughout the home.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the home

Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards

Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the staff team

Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

Oversee care planning, safeguarding, audits, and quality assurance processes

Drive improvements and uphold a culture of dignity, respect, and accountability

Manage staffing, budgets, and operational performance effectively
Experience:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager within elderly care

Strong working knowledge of CQC requirements and best practice
