Interim Headteacher – Primary School (Essex)
Full time | start ASAP | Until the end of the Summer term. |Competitive Day rate
Currently working with a Primary school in Essex on the lookout for an Interim Headteacher to come onboard until the end of the summer term
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the day-to-day management of the school and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
- Overseeing staff development, performance management, and CPD
- Implementing the school’s vision, values, and strategic priorities
- Ensuring safeguarding, behaviour, and welfare policies are effective and followed
- Managing budgets, resources, and operational aspects of the school
- Monitoring pupil progress and outcomes, including SEN provision
- Liaising with parents, governors, and external stakeholders to support school improvement
- Maintaining Ofsted readiness and compliance with statutory requirements
