Interim Headteacher
Panoramic Associates are excited to be currently working with a Specialist Provision in the East Midlands who’re seeking an experienced Interim Headteacher. They’re looking for this person to start as soon as possible and provide strong leadership and stability for our SEN school during a period of transition.
Key responsibilities:

Lead with vision, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and care.

Champion safeguarding, inclusion and pupil well-being.

Support and develop staff, empowering leaders at all levels.

Work closely with governors, parents, and external partners to secure positive outcomes.
About you:

Proven senior leadership experience in a SEN setting.

Strong understanding of SEND legislation and best practice.

Resilient, collaborative, and able to inspire confidence across the school community.
