We are working with a care provider in the South East who are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Director of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across their Adult Social Care services during a period of transition.
The Role
The successful candidate will take the lead on ensuring high‑quality, safe, and person‑centred services across all adult social care functions. You’ll provide stability, direction, and pace while supporting the Managers in various settings.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing leadership support across a variety of adult social care services

Driving performance improvement and embedding best practice across teams

Supporting workforce stability and fostering a positive, collaborative culture

Working closely with external providers

Offering clear, confident decision‑making during a period of change
About You
We’re looking for a seasoned Operations Director who can quickly build credibility and bring calm, focused leadership. You will bring:
