Panoramic Associates are seeking an experienced and confident Interim Clinical Manager to take the lead of a complex, high‑demand service in Essex. This is a pivotal role for an organisation undergoing a period of transition, and we’re looking for someone who can provide stability, clarity, and strong clinical oversight from day one.
You’ll step into a service that requires a steady hand, clear decision‑making, and a proactive approach to quality and safety. You’ll be the senior clinical point of contact, ensuring the service continues to deliver safe, effective, and person‑centred care while supporting teams through change.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day clinical leadership across a multidisciplinary team

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks

Oversee clinical risk management, safeguarding, and incident review processes

Support workforce planning, supervision, and staff development

Drive service improvements and maintain high-quality care delivery

Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including commissioners and partner agencies

Stabilise operational processes and prepare the service for long‑term leadership handover
About You
