Panoramic Associates is supporting an Elderly Nursing Home provider, in their recruitment of an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join them for a 4 month period. The opportunity is to start ASAP, 5 days per week in the South West of England. As the Interim Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for working alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to the residents. You will lead and manage a clinical team and support with any responsibilities associated with this.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader or Deputy Manager.
- Be nurse qualified with an active NMC pin
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good understanding of CQC regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability
