Interim SENCo
Panoramic Associates is supporting a Special Education Trust in the South East, who are looking to recruit an interim SENCo starting in September 2025, until April 2026.
As interim SENCo you will lead an SEN department across the School, including oversight of EHCPs, Annual Reviews and SEN strategy. You will oversee LSA/Ta’s and lead the department. This role is 5 days per week and ideally this will be split across 3.5 days SENCo responsibilities and 1.5 days per week teaching. Experience as SENCo in either a mainstream or SEN setting is welcomed but a strong understanding of SEMH is essential for this role.
Paid on a day rate until the Easter half term 2026. NASENCo or NPQ for SEN is essential for this role and a DBS on the Update Service is preferable.
