This position is crucial for the continued success and growth of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. As the Home Manager, you will play a key role in leading the staff and providing a safe, supportive environment for residents.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in residential care home management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and health and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience in staff training and development
- Understanding of budget management and financial planning in a care setting
- Familiarity with electronic care planning systems
