Panoramic Associates are excited to currently be working with a residential care provider who’re looking for an experienced Home Manager in South Wales to join their passionate and dedicated team. This position is crucial for the continued success and growth of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. As the Home Manager, you will play a key role in leading the staff and providing a safe, supportive environment for residents.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in residential care home management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and health and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience in staff training and development
- Understanding of budget management and financial planning in a care setting
- Familiarity with electronic care planning systems
