Facilities Manager – Compliance Contract Monitoring
Location: North London
Rate: £225 – £250 per day
Panoramic are looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join a local authority team in north London.
In this role, you will be ensuring that all current statutory requirements are complied with under the Health & Safety at Work Act.
This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to become permanent after this
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of facility operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
- Monitor contract performance and vendor compliance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to promptly address any compliance issues or contract discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities and contract monitoring efforts.
- Provide guidance and support to facility staff on compliance-related matters and contract requirements.
- Prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate compliance findings and contract performance metrics to senior management.
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Facilities Management department.
- Oversee performance management across the department, including SLAs, specifications, procurement, and contract management.
- Ensure overall management, monitoring, and compliance across a wide range of FM services throughout the organization.
- Manage, monitor, review, and report on contracted service functions within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Implement and maintain appropriate policies and procedures related to Business Continuity.
