I’m recruiting for an exciting Client-Side Capital Projects Manager role with a well-established healthcare organisation delivering major refurbishments and new-build projects across the UK. This is a hybrid/home-based position with travel to project sites as required. You’ll be managing multiple construction and fit-out schemes typically ranging from £1m to £5m+ in value.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of capital projects from design through to completion
- Overseeing contractors, consultants, budgets, timelines, and quality
- Leading stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners
- Ensuring regulatory and H&S compliance across all stages of delivery
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience managing construction or fit-out projects, ideally in a healthcare or regulated environment
- Strong stakeholder management and contractor oversight
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote/hybrid role
- Excellent project management and communication skills
